By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to Qi Gong, Tai Ji Chuan, Kung Fu, and other wellness programs (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue the use of HHCC services immediately.

HHCC provides holistic wellness practices designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and overall well-being. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to HHCC programs without a refund.

6. PAYMENT, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

• All fees for classes, workshops, and memberships must be paid in full before participation.
• Refunds will only be provided if HHCC cancels a program or under special circumstances as determined by management.
• No refunds or credits will be given for missed sessions or early withdrawal from a program.
