Why choose Us?

At Holistic Health Cultivation Center (HHCC), we help people heal naturally through Qi Gong. Founded by Sifu Dr. Foong Tuck Meng, an inner-chamber disciple of world-renowned Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit, HHCC is dedicated to holistic wellness and self-healing.

Since 2010, we have empowered thousands to overcome so-called “incurable” diseases through time-tested Qi Gong practices. Grandmaster Wong, a guiding force behind HHCC, was named “Qi Gong Master of the Year” at the 1997 World Qi Gong Congress in San Francisco, USA. Recognized by fellow Qi Gong masters for his remarkable success in helping people overcome cancer, his teachings continue to inspire our mission today.

OUR JOURNEY

Our Legacy: The History of Shaolin Wahnam & HHCC

Shaolin Wahnam has been in existence for over 40 years, founded by Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit, a globally recognized Qi Gong master. In 1997, he was honored as “World Qi Gong Master of the Year” at the World Qi Gong Congress in San Francisco, USA, in recognition of his extraordinary success in helping thousands of people overcome cancer. Shaolin Wahnam Qi Gong is rooted in the authentic Shaolin tradition and has since grown into a global institution, with its teachings now practiced in over 30 countries, benefiting tens of thousands in their journey toward better health, vitality, and longevity.

Under the guidance of Sifu Dr. Foong Tuck Meng and Grandmaster Wong, the Holistic Health Cultivation Center (HHCC) was established to bring the profound healing benefits of Qi Gong to Malaysia. Located in Kuala Lumpur, HHCC is a five-story center dedicated to Qi Gong healing, offering:‍

✦ Qi Gong healing sessions
✦ Advanced Qi Gong, Tai Ji, and Kung Fu courses
✦ Workshops to enhance vitality, peak performance, and longevity

Since its inception, HHCC has helped hundreds of people recover from so-called “incurable” diseases, continuing the Shaolin Wahnam tradition of holistic health and healing.

Qi Gong, also known as Qi Gong, is an ancient Chinese practice that has been continuously developed for over 5,000 years. It is a powerful art of energy cultivation, serving one of many purposes such as:

✓ Health & Healing
✓ Martial Arts Mastery
✓ Mental Clarity & Mind Expansion
✓ Spiritual Cultivation

Shaolin Wahnam Qi Gong has a direct lineage to the Southern Shaolin Temples, carefully refined over the decades by Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit to extract its essence for healing and personal transformation. The effectiveness of this Qi Gong has helped thousands of people overcome so-called “incurable” diseases, making it one of the most cost-effective and efficient healing methods in the world today.

Shaolin Wahnam Instiute

Shaolin Wahnam is very proud of our lineage which can be traced back directly to the two southern Shaolin Temples, as illustrated in the chart below.

Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit trained under four legendary sifus, each a patriarch of their respective styles:

✦ Sifu Lai Chin Wah (Uncle Righteousness)
✦ Sifu Chee Kim Thong (A Living Treasure of China)
✦ Sifu Ho Fatt Nam (3rd Generation Successor of Southern Shaolin Temple, Quanzhou)
✦ Sifu Choe Hoong Choy (Patriarch of Choe Family Wing Choon)

Our school, Shaolin Wahnam, is named in honor of Sifu Lai Chin Wah and Sifu Ho Fatt Nam, as much of our training and instructional material originated from them.

Many are unaware that there were two Southern Shaolin Temples, both located in Fujian Province, China:

✦ The First Temple (Quanzhou City) – Built during the Ming Dynasty as an imperial temple. It was burned down in the 1850s by the Qing Army, led by Crown Prince Yong Cheng with the help of Tibetan Lama Kung Fu experts.
✦ The Secret Temple (Nine-Lotus Mountain) – Founded by Venerable Chee Seen, who escaped the destruction of the first temple.

However, this temple was also destroyed by the Qing Army, this time led by Pak Mei, a former Shaolin disciple. Despite these destructions, Shaolin arts survived through dedicated masters who preserved and passed on the teachings. Today, Shaolin Wahnam traces its direct lineage to these historical temples, as illustrated in the chart.
